The 1st new year eve’s countdown celebration in Penang organized by CreatiVision.
Despite the downcast skies over the island, 80,000 revelers were spotted at the celebration. A flamboyant firework display started at the stroke of mid-night and thousands of silver-colored balloons carrying the message “World Peace” were released into the sky.
